my persona loves books even if she doesn't read. She always has her ladies reading to her and has employed a tutor to teach her damsels and pages to read.
She believes that books should be covered and so she likes to look at the embroider book cover. 
These book covers make great gifts for Queens and Nobles and heralds and Laurels. They all need to take notes. You could use the Designs to do a boo or bag.
i want you to look at the designs. You will notice that the picture takes up all the space. Even in the simple 13Th century one the work in the background is part of the design and the design is evenly spaced with little overlap.
