The online request is mainly to help you...you understand that? Its how info for those going to Pennsic are passed info from camp coord. and sometimes the crown in a manner that they dont have to hit the entire kingdom with it (and thus draw the other complaint of 'we're not going and this is filling up our inbox" ). Not much different than getting any specialized publication you subscribe to.
