[Ansteorra] New Silent Herald Deputy

Here are a couple of files in the Florilegium I have on SCA silent heraldry:
sSCA-SL-art (14K) 9/ 8/94 SCA specific sign language.

sign-lang-msg (18K) 7/31/01 Sign language in the SCA and in period.

I would love to include any additional commentary that you might have.

I also have this file:
Deaf-History-bib (12K) 9/11/09 "A Preliminary Bibliography of Deaf History before 1600 CE." by Lady Ásfríðr Ulfvíðardóttir.
