[Ansteorra] Incoming Northern Regional Seneschal

[Kingdom Seneschal]

Greetings Ansteorra,

It is with great pleasure that I announce the incoming Northern Regional
Seneschal is HL Rebekah Aleyn.  Her Ladyship will take over in February.  I
am sure she will do well in this position and I know everyone will
support her.

My immense thanks to Centurion Charles the Grey of Mooneschadowe for his
tireless efforts in this role.  I am sure I can speak for my predecessors
when I say that Charles worked very hard for over two years to serve his
region, which greatly helped our Kingdom as a whole.
