The measurement is taken from the end of the nock to where the shaft meets
the head of the arrow.

Ahh. I guess it needs to be clarified a little if you care.
I'd just hate to see someone get screwed because of the
mis-statement in
law about UHMW.

Ahh! My bad. I thought it said minimum, not maximum. That'll teach
me to
read while sick. With 28" maximum does that mean shaft, nock and
head,
or just the exposed shaft?
