My Lord,
If make my shafts from 5' and 10' foot 1/4" diameter fiberglass rods
available at a very reasonable prince (+shipping) - its averages to .98 a
shaft - from http://www.mscdirect.com. As for online fletching supplies -
you can get everything except the nocks from http://www.3riversarchery.com
for competitive pricing. The Baldar blunts are available at
http://www.houseasgard.org/BaldarBlunts/. The nocks (called Beaman or
Over-nocks) are available at http://www.thebowman.com/carr_bemancomps.html.
I have that using either Fletch-tite or Duco cement does not seem to make
any difference in staying quality.
  In Service to the Dream,
  I remain faithfully yours,
  Alfred Huddelestone, War Archer,
Barony of Bryn Gwlad, Kingdom of Ansteorra
