[Ansteorra-archery] Gulf War - Combat Archer Going

Well, I don't know what else to do about it.  They either won't respond or
take forever to do so.  Even Seamus, the Meridian Archery Marshal, isn't
having any luck getting any information.  His design, also a GT but somewhat
different went in a month before ours did.
