ARCH - Kingdom Target Archery Rules

Greetings and Hi There,

I guess I haven't been paying attention here lately.  I guess I've been
spending too much time waiting on the postman to bring me my autorization
card.

But weren't we suspose to have had some Kingdom Target Archery Rules out on
the field by now?  Are they out there and I just don't where?  Could they be
with my authorization cards?

Please help this old befuddled archer.
