[Ansteorra-archery] Tassels

The colors for the tassels and the binding knots are listed on the web page.
The tassels should not be less than 4" and not greater than 12".  The old
english ones that we can find a description of are listed as being about 7"
long.  No we are not recocking the scoreboard this year.
