[Ansteorra-chirurgeon] New Handbook

Our new Ansteorran Chirurgeon's Handbook has been uploaded to the chirurgeon web page. And with in the next month our new Ansteorran Apprentice Chirurgeon's Handbook should be uploaded also.
 
While these handbooks were worked on by many people, and I thank them all, I would like to give a big VIVAT to Mona Gerita our DKC for Training for all her hard work on these handbooks.
