[Ansteorra-MiddleEastern] Draft Charter and By-laws for Ansteorran Middle Eastern Dance Guild

This sounds good. It is a little confusing. I am not sure of the fancy
titles. My experience with those things was bad in the bardic college.
Could someone call me and explain it to me over the phone? I will explain
it to our guild. 817-794-0320
We are numbering around 8 people.  I think the Elfsea/Steppes area has
another 8 unaligned dancers. Do we have a general count of dancers in
each area?
By the way how many people showed up for the meeting? Our guild wanted to
send people but life happened.
How many people  are on this list and where are they from?
