[Ansteorra-missile] Safety of Longbows - New Combat Archery Ruling

A weapon that constantly fails is not a safe weapon to carry into battle.
Jaques was nice enough to lead off by saying that HE gets a 25% failure
weapon so HE decided it would be more safe for HIM to carry a crossbow.  I
can carry a longbow and be perfectly safe.  You, Stella, Fearghus, and half
a dozen others I can think of can carry longbows and not have to worry about
it failing.  There is nothing inherently unsafe about a longbow.  In
untrained hands it's not a good way to promote long life in battle.  It's
not a threat to personal safety but my persona's gonna die a lot quicker.

If you can't understand that then we'll have to talk at a practice sometime.
Oh and by the way,  I'm not sure if you were trying to get my dander up by
questioning how much I practice with my bow.  If you were I'm not lowering
to that level.
