Michael is correct. The Classic Baldars are still legal. The Egg Baldars
are NOT.

So far there are NO approved modifications for the Egg Baldars and quite
honestly I cant give you a date when there might be any. During testing of
modifications there have been some punch-through problems. I think Duke
Baldar is coming up with a new design but I am not sure what can be done
with the thousands of Egg Baldars that are already out there.

For what it is worth, I encourage everyone to make UHMW cored modified
Markland heads rather than use Baldar Blunts. The UHMW cored heads are
legal essentially everywhere fiberglass shafts are legal. You can make
about 4 UHMW cored heads for the price of a single Baldar. You can repair
UHMW cored blunts. The UHMW cored blunts are lighter and therefore you can
get a little extra range out of them. The UHMW cored blunts are not single
sourced and the materials to make them are available from many places online
and at multiple places in most major metropolitan areas.

The classic Baldar Blunts are not a bad product but I think they are really
more for folks that have more money than they do time.

Also, the KAM isn't recovering yet. My surgery is scheduled for Monday
morning at 7:30AM. I have a bad head cold today so I am not sure if that is
now in jeopardy.

Regards,
