Here in Gates Edge our regular archery practice are held on private 
property and we have enough acreage to do whatever we need to do.  When 
people have an interest in shooting CA legal equipment at static targets 
(IKCAC or otherwise) we setup the targets for them.  If people have an 
interest in setting up small melees and actually shooting at one another 
in practice combat then we set that up as well.  We always have CA 
Marshals present to help, instruct, and marshal as needed.

I would not say those activities are "regular"  but they are available 
when needed or desired.
