[Ansteorra-missile] UHMW Blunts (was Clear the bow!)

While we're on the topic of UHMW blunt construction.  What have you 
found is the best / easiest way of cutting out the foam?  I've been 
using a hole saw in a drill running in reverse.  I use the next size up 
from 1 1/4" or the disks are too small.  I have to run the drill in 
reverse or it just tears up the foam.  I'm just not sure how well that 
will work with 1" foam.
