ARN - Fighting Cloaks

What are some of the pros and cons to the different styles of fighting
cloaks?

This weekend at Elfsea Springfair during the new fighters tournament I saw
someone fighting with a full size cloak.  I have also seen individuals who
fight with something closer in size to a handkerchief. 

My fighting cloak is about a 20 inch circle cloak.  It handles well, is not
too heavy, looks pretty when I swirl it and is wearable.
