Milord is a customary courtesy for someone for whom you don't know
their title, or someone who does not yet have a title.

We will integrate rapier into the practices as soon as possible.  I
attended the practice in Rundel and tried on Chivalric armor and
fought in some melees (I don't know if you can call what I did
fighting).  The next pratice is in Namron, who's interested?
