[Ansteorra-rapier] Meridies

I do find this news disturbing and feel sorry for our brothers and sisters
in Meridies. I do hope that the good people of Meridies rise up and let
their crown know that they are disappointed in this decision and the
disservice it is unto a select portion of the members of their Kingdom.

I have an idea and propose (and welcome any comments good or bad) that we
as a community show our support by wearing something similiar to the black
band that many organizations wear as a symbol of grief and support when
someone in their community passes away.
