[Ansteorra-rapier] Spears for heavy Rapier

I agree that the simulators in armoured combat do not satisfy historic  
representation. However, the armoured field allows for more comitment  
to some techniques that are described in verious text.

Simulators on the rapier & C&T fields are good analogs while retaining  
safety feature needed to explore our brand of martial arte.

Any simulator I deside to use will have a minimum of one of these  
qualities.

I don't feel that a padded simulator is appropriate for what rapier  
and C&T has come to represent.
