Bordermarch Baronial Championships will be held on Saturday, May 9, a  
one-day event.  It will be held at Winnie City Park, in Winnie,  Texas.  The 
site opensw at 7 a.m., and closes at 9 p.m.  The site fee  is $6 for ages 18 
and up, $3 for ages 6 to 17.  Ages under 6 is  free.   Persons who are not 
members of the S.C.A. and do not have  their membership cards must pay the $3 
non-member fee.  The feast will be  free for the first 50 people, but you 
must bring feast gear.  The Winnie  Park is just on Interstate 10, between 
Beaumont and Houston.   You  take Exit 829, Highway 124 , also Gulfway Drive, FM 
1663.  You go south  (right from Houston, left from Beaumont),  1.7 miles 
go left on South Park  Street, and there is Winnie Park on the left.  Look 
for SCA signs.
 
There will be championship events in chivalric combat, rapier combat, and  
arts and sciences competition.
