VERY VERY VERY LAST CHANCE FOR UPDATE INSERT
 
So far Equestrian is the only update sent in...I will extend the DROP-DEAD DEADLINE till 6 p.m., then it will go to Lady Mary for printing...please turn in what you can!
 
Lord Gavin what did you decide about the night shoot for archery?
 
Lord Phocas any last minute vendors?
 
Lady Willoc any changes or additions to classes?

I’m so sorry about not getting info to you about the equestrian schedule but will definitely get info for this.  We haven’t been idle though…the equestrians do have several things planned.  But I have some questions for you.  I see on the schedule that the procession is Sat. morning but am curious about any schedule conflicts the rest of the weekend.  When would be a good time for the Equestrian Championship to be held on Sat.?

I am putting together an one-page insert to be given out at Gate, that will have on it: Last minute Class additions, Merchants, Fighter Events, important news, any IMPORTANT changes to already submitted info for the gatebook, etc. concerning BAM.
Please send me these notices BEFORE Sunday noon, as they need to be at the printer by Monday 8 a.m.
 
Gatebooks were sent to print November 10th, so if you made any changes to the info you sent in after that date, please let me know by the deadline stated above.
 
THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO HAVE NEEDED INFO IN PRINT FORM
