CR - Go on Holiday at Camelot!

Greetings all from Stephen Macthomas, Seneschal of Gate's Edge.

About a week and a half ago or so, on our Gatesedge mailing list, the topic 
of July 4th plans came up.  At this point, our equestrian marshal, Milady 
Guinevere of Gate's Edge, volunteered her spacious horse facility/home, 
Camelot Horse Center in Tomball, for a little get-together.  This "little 
get-together" has now blossomed into a mini-event/all-day revel, and you're 
all invited!

We'll be starting our day at 10:00 am next Tuesday and continuing into the 
night, with such things as chivalric, rapier, archery and equestrian 
activities; a bardic circle; stuff to do in and around the pool; general 
revelry and much fun.  Lunch will be potluck, and an evening feast will be 
provided (donations to defer costs are welcomed).  Garb is optional but 
encouraged, as she will also be opening her place to her mundane students.  
This is your chance to have a great time and promote the SCA!

Guinevere has asked that all who are interested in attending please RSVP 
*privately* at camelothorse at earthlink.net or call her at 281-351-8368.  (She 
prefers e-mail, as she is often in the stable and away from the phone.)
