[Coastal] Westgate's Tourney is Waterproof!

Greetings good gentles!

Worried that the treatening weather forecast could dampen Westgate's 
Chivalric Tournament?  Lay your worries aside the tourney is pretty much 
weatherproof!  Much of the tourney will be held indoors.  The remaining 
portion can be held in a covered area.

Now that you can stop checking the weather reports, start planning to join 
us for a wonderful event!
