In arranging for the use of this site for a non-SCA
event, I have talked to the owner and his grounds
staff at length.

They have procured funding for the bathhouse and a
covered pavillion for the feast/court area, however,
they are currently looking for a contractor to do the
work.

So, the most important improvements to make this a
great site are in the works.
