[Elfsea] Gulf War Gifts

Another idea of something to make, that is easy to pack & everybody uses, is 
soap. It would have to be made soon, to have plenty of time to age so that 
it wouldn't be harsh. It was one of the first things I learned when I 
started in the SCA & I am still using some of that first batch. By now it is 
very mild.
