[Elfsea] Populace and Financial Committee

Greetings Elfsea,

Just an early reminder about Populace meeting next week.  Monday night
at the Coors Distribution Center.

We will hopefully have bid information back regarding the populace
tent so please attend.  Should we need to increase our budget to get
what we want it will have to go before the populace for a vote.  So be
there and lend your voice.

Immediately after populace we will have a much needed Financial
committee meeting.

7:00pm.  Mark it on your calender!
