[Elfsea] Finance Committee Meeting Monday, April 20th, 6pm

Greetings, Elfsea.

The Finance Committee will meet at 6pm on April 20th at the IHOP on
Eastchase (8640 East Fwy, Fort Worth).  There are two topics on the agenda:

*1. Financial Policy (Draft)*
    NOTE: After committee approves the format/changes, the entire
draft will be distributed to the populace to review prior to a final vote
at a subsequent moot.
*2. Rapier Loaner Gear request*
    NOTE: As announced at a prior populace, the Rapier Marshal believes the
program has increased interest to warrant additional gear to accommodate an
additional newcomer at any practices

Populace is invited to attend to listen to the committee discussions on the
topics, however, for anyone who cannot attend, all agenda items and any
status updates will be presented at the April moot to be held on the 27th,
and any follow-up synopsis will be posted to this email list and the
Barony's FB page.
