[Elfsea] REMINDER: March Populace Meeting

Greetings, Elfsea.

A quick reminder about our monthly populace meeting:

   - Monday, March 23, 2015
   - 7pm
   - Bedford Public Library

With so much final preparation underway for Springfaire (April 3-5, 2015),
there will be a lot of good information.  A copy of the minutes from the
recent officers meeting will be available as handout.   The goal is to be
informative and brief so everyone has time to socialize.
