[Elfsea] Reminder: Populace Meeting- Monday, May 18th (Will include Elfsea Polling)

Greetings, Elfsea.

Just a reminder that our May populace meeting is at *7pm Monday, May 18th
at the Bedford Public Library.  *

Per the transition timeline issued by the Central Seneschal, Mistress
Asiyah, *this populace meeting will also include the polling of Elfsea
members *as to the next Baron and Baroness.
Here are some reminders of the polling/ballot instructions as broadcast:

   - You will put a #1 in the box next to the name of the candidate who is
   your first choice.
   - You will put a #2 in the box next to the name of the candidate who is
   your second choice.
   - There is no room on the ballot for feedback, so please ensure that
   your feedback is sent to their majesties prior to the decision, via email:
   crown at ansteorra.org

Your opinions and feedback are important and will help shape the future of
our beloved barony.  I encourage each of you to attend, if your schedule
allows.   Thank you for continuing to help this barony actively thrive!
