[Gatesedge] Fiscal Year 2006 Budget Requests

I have included my recomendations.

Gate's Edge Budget Requests for Fiscal Year 2006.

Total Requests:  $1439.41


Hospitaler's Office requests $50 for varies sundries.
Recomendation: approve for $134.44 amount left over from
sale of Garb after buying thread and drawstring to adjust
remaining loaner garb for various sizes.


Historians Office requests $50 for various needs.


Scribal Guild requests $140 
Caligraphy pen set $45
Replacement paints $50
Brushes $20
Caligraphy supplies $25: T-Square, Ink, paper and Template.
Recomendation:  Approve, this is one of our longest and very active guild.


A & S: Fiber Arts requests $50 misc Supplies


Custodial Office requests $75 for trailer regestration and replacement 
or purchase of new feast gear, pavillion repair.
Recommendation:  Approve, approx $50 for yearly trailer registration needed.


Exchequers Office:  requests $30 office supplies as needed.


Chroniclers Office requests $252 for printing stamps.
Recommedation:  approve most of this if not all will be cover by subscriptions.


Archery Guild requests $150 for bales of hay $72, target faces $54, glue and fletches $24.
Recommendation:  approve we have a large and very active archery community that draws 
people from all over the kingdom.


Combat MArshalls:  request carryover of $300 from previous several years when loaner
armor was not purchased.  To cover spare parts for loaner armor, Rattan for Shire 
weapons.
Recommendation:  Approve since this is a carryover not spent and Rattan and 
equipment is needed for any new members or at sponsored events.


Armorers Guild requests $342.41 for creating armor.
Side of Leather $122.25
Steel $83.52
Copper Rivets $40
Acetylene $84
Buckles $12.64
Recommendation:  Partial approval budget to be worked with from Combat Marshallete.
to create armor for the Shire.
