[Gatesedge] Officers and Populous meeting

Even though I think I would be well enough to attend if this was all I had to do for the day but I am serious behind on some of my work project that apparently no one else can do.  Like 3rd quarter for north american and stuff.  So I may be way to tired after work to come to the meeting if that is the case I will send my proxy with Natalia.
