[Glaslyn] Defender/Artisan Decisions

 Are there going to be anything special like
a children's artisan contest?

**  I think we should not add this at this time.  Maybe next year.**

Nature of the Artisan display.  Body of work or
limited items. This needs to be in the Ad because it
may help a person decide if they want to compete or
not.

**  Someone help jog my memory, but I believe it's been discussed that the
theme will involve fire/flame of some sort.  Of course, I don't know how
artisans feel about getting a theme 2 months out.
I know it was decided that it would not be a body of works.  We do not have
the space for this yet and the general concensus seems to be against this
type of A & S.**

One classroom should be designated for the children's
activities.  As a mom I know the kids shouldn't be out
in the heat all day.

** Wonderful idea.**

We also need to limit when the A&S entries can be set
up.
** They definitely need to be up before the judging for our champion takes
place.  I think Glaslyn can check out the displays throughout the whole day
and make our decision just before court.**
