[Hellsgate] Crucible Reminder

Greetings to Hellsgate,
As you know and was announced at Populace, bids for Commander's Crucible 
March 2015 are due to the Finance Committee at the October Populace.
Keep in mind that there are certain criteria for Crucible
1.) Crucible is a camping event, unless because of extenuating 
circumstances the populace votes to change it on an event by event basis.
2.) There must be room for Melees to occur.

So if you are hoping to Steward/Autocrat our annual event have 
everything ready by October Populace. If you need assistance on where to 
locate the correct forms etc., please contact Lady Asta or myself.
