[Hellsgate] Rapier practice update

Beginning Thursday at 7 PM I will start leading a  stretching / warm up /
drill period prior to engaging others with a blade.  Anyone to include non
combatants and armored combatants may participate  (it will help with
speed, technique, accuracy, range of motion, flexibility, and I will offer
adaptations to adapt it to ability level.)

If you choose not to participate please refrain from approaching the group
until completion.
