    The word "arcuballista" is the Latin equivalent of "arbalest".
    Arabalest is the title for the Ansteorran herald in charge of helping 
with returned submissions.
    Daniel is the Arbalest Herald.
    Daniel likes Latin.
    Daniel is using the Latin word for his office instead of the registered 
word.
