[ANSTHRLD] Lost Submission

I am attempting to track down on old submission for a client.
Her name at the time was "Beatriz the Blunt".
According to the November 1999 issue of the Gazette, she submitted at
Pennsic.  All the copies were not sent, so her submission was held. Is this
submission still in limbo? Has it officially been returned? Was it ever
resubmitted? If anyone has any information please let me know. Thank you.
