I would blazon it as,

'Or, three lozenges, one and two, azure'

because it is an older form of blazoning I believe.

The prpblem with doing the search lies in the words you use as the system is very specific when you are doing word searches. I found the following when searching for 'LOZENGE:3'

Daniello di Martello Carradori|9912Q|d|Per pale vert and azure, three lozenges one and two Or.

Which has a CD for change of field and another of tincture of the primary charge group.

In doing this search, it seems that 'Passion nails' seem to conflict with lozenges.

The only arrangements with three azure lozenges are:

Andreas de Vulpes|7803|D|Argent, a woodpecker reversed vert perching on a branch proper between three lozenges in chevron enhanced azure.

Anna of Argos|8304A|b|(Fieldless) Three passion nails fretted in triangle within an annulet azure.

Muireann á Dùn na Tràighe Cèine|9306X|d|Azure, on a pale endorsed argent three lozenges azure.

None of which conflict with your submission. As far as I can tell it should pass fine.
