Almost. My apologies, it has been an extremely hectic week at work. I am a
bit brain numb once I leave the office.

If I am understanding you correctly....a badge that is within an annulet,or
is anything other than fieldless, will still be drawn within the appropriate
circle/ring. If it is fieldless, though, and has no annulet, it will just
have the charge(s) without the accompanying annulet.

I am interpreting this to mean that we as the submitting heralds will be
manually putting in whatever the submitter intends to be there, and that
will include whether or not it will even be contained within a circle or
just be 'hanging free', as it were.

Have I managed to grasp this yet? (I really hope so)
