The usual pattern is "on <primary> within|between <secondary>
<tertiary>": it's common enough to be unexceptional. Tadhg Liath
always quoted a dictum that commas are dangerous in laws and blazons.
The idiom of "a <primary> charged with <tertiary>, <secondary>" is far
less used in the SCA, but occasionally useful if the "on" form would
be too hairy.
