The list of all arms registered with the SCA College of Arms is called
the Armorial.  It can be searched via any of

Notes:

* Name Pattern Search Form would probably be best, to handle
   misspellings and such.  You're looking for the "device" that doesn't
   have "altered or released" in its description: there should be zero
   or one such design.  If two or more, ask.

* These are blazons only.  No pictures.  If you need pictures, you can
   contact Shauna, Ragged Staff Herald, at shauna at bresnan.net .
   Try a name search first so that you can provide her with the exact
   registered spelling of the name, and the dates of the various
   actions they've had.

   If you have more than a few people to look up, we can give you more
   info on how to look up items in OSCAR, which may cut back on the
   number of things she has to look up.

* If the person uses something that's not registered, you're SOL.
