[ANSTHRLD] Reminder - KWHSS 2009 Hotel Reservations Going Fast!

Greetings to All from the Known World Heraldic and Scribal Symposium Event
Steward!

Just a reminder, if you would like a hotel Guest Room Reservation for the
Known World Heraldic and Scribal Symposium 2009 to be held in Omaha,
Nebraska in the Barony of The Lonely Tower, Kingdom of Calontir, you need to
make your hotel room reservation with the Omaha Courtyard Marriott on or
before July 1st, 2009.

After July 1, 2009 a significant number of rooms will be released from our
KWHSS group reservation block and may no longer be available. At that time,
the released room(s) will revert to current market value instead of our
reduced rates. (Our current reduced rates are $119.00-$139.00/night)

The small number of rooms remaining in the reserved block (at the reduced
rates) after July 1st, will only be available until August 14th (the final
cutoff date for reservations at the specially negotiated price).

To ensure the availability of rooms at the reduced rate, be sure to make
your reservation before July 1, 2009.
