The device was probably submitted under the name James of Northfolke.
I don't have the quote right off-hand (at least, not without closing out of
this window and digging into another e-mail), but if I remember correctly,
the submission was returned for conflict because the cross in question was
not drawn clearly enough to be a recognizable cross moline (as opposed to a
cross swallowtail, which was on the conflicting armory).
