[ANSTHRLD] Name help: Ann of Wellborn

I have a copy of A.D. Mills, Oxford Dictionary of English Place-Names, 1998 ed.
Pg. 369
"Welborne, Welbourn, Welburn - 'stream fed by a spring', OE wella + burna; 
examples include 

Welborne - Norfolk. Walebruna 1086 (DB).
Welbourn - Lincolnshire. Wellebrune 1086 (DB)
Welburn - North Yorkshire, near Bulmer. Wellebrune 1086 (DB)"

The 1086 (DB) refers, according to Mills, the 1086 Domesday Book where the above 
names are recorded with some frequency.

I'd like to apologise as well for the brief nature of my previous
email. I thought I was going to have to run out the door.

I'm making an assumption (and it's a big assumption) that English is
the language of choice, since you haven't specified, and the names
both appear fairly English to me at the moment.

What is the submitter's desired time period, so that we may further
attempt to find documentation that tailors to the submitters desired
time period. That's not always completely possible, but we
try.

I checked the Ordinary/Armorial and did not appear to find any
conflicts for the name.

Is the submitter open to other spellings of <Ann> or <Wellborn>? This
will help again as we may not be able to find that specific spelling
(See R&W docs that I cited for examples)

I'm almost certain the name is registerable, like I said, hopefully
somebody can conjure up some more spellings (dated) of <Wellborn>
