[ANSTHRLD] FROM STAR: New Solstice Herald

[Star Principal Herald]

Greetings unto the College of Heralds!

It gives me great pleasure to announce that the new Solstice Herald is
Lady Alisone McCay. She is following Herr Dietrich Strobelbart who has
done a great deal of service for the coastal region and the kingdom at
large. My thanks to him for work well done, and congratulations to
Lady Alisone.

As a reminder, applications for Bordure Herald are still being
accepted until September 30.
