My apologies.  I tend to have quite a bit of assumed wording in my more 
casual communications.  You are quite correct in that, while the Chivalry 
Circle is in session, we can find a different location to discuss this 
topic.

Why is the Chivalry Circle the right venue to discuss it, and how are
we non-Chivs going to hear what's going on?

Wait.  You mean that you want heralds to discuss it at Steppes
Warlord, and the time block is to be whenever the Order of the
Chivalry is meeting.  Coulda been worded a bit more clearly.
