[ANSTHRLD] Website functionality

At the moment, such an effort (single PDF of all ILoIs) would be
hampered by an incomplete online archive of ILoIs. However, efforts
are underway to complete an archive of ILoIs, once I get the paper in
my possession to be scanned, and we figure out how to handle private
commentary. Once this is all worked out and a complete archive is
available, a single PDF file would not be a bad idea, in my opinion.
