[ANSTHRLD] Stolen Valor? Oldtimers' help needed!

The levels in place at my entry into the college (2003) were pursuivant at
large,  pursuivant extraordinary,  and herald at large.  At least when I
started,  Herald Ex was still associated with personal titles. I believe
Druinne retired the practice of rank by examination.
