[ANSTHRLD] Briana documentation

I have someone who wanted to register the name Brianna, which unfortunately is no longer SCA compatible.  However, Briana apparently has been documented, and she'll accept that.  However, the link to the documentation doesn't work.  Anyone know where I can access the documentation?
