Greetings,

Heraldic and Scribal Symposium was wonderful and exciting. Congratulations
to the rapier list winner and strongest newcomer rapier fighter at the
list. Forgive me for not remembering the names. Congratulations to HE Devin
for his Court Barony and to Don Steven Blakely on joining the Order of the
White Scarf.

Thanks to all the instructors for taking the day to come and educate the
populace that attended. Thanks to Lady Caitilin inghean Ronain ui
Cheallaigh for coordinating the consultation table, HL Simha Bint Yusuf for
being the site steward and putting together a wonderful site with breakfast
and lunch served. Thanks to the Barony of Raven's Fort for hosting and
providing a wonderful site. Thanks to Castellana de Andalusia for assisting
with the class organization at to both Don Brian Ó hUilliam and Lady Elena
Wyth for getting the instructors and classes together and scheduled.

A special thanks to Their Majesties Gabriel and Sonja for attending and
supporting this event in the manner that they did.

A final note that bids for the 2017 Ansteorran Heraldic and Scribal
Symposium are due by January 31, 2017. If you are interested in hosting
this event, then contact me for details to assist with you bid. Bids must
be submitted on the bid submission form to the Kingdom Seneschal.
