Greetings to the College of Heralds and the populace of Ansteorra.

It is with sadness that I announce the ending of Vigdís Gráfeldr's time as
Asterisk Herald. She has done a wonderful job and has earned her rest. Join
me in thanking her for her time serving the populace of Ansteorra.

I am pleased to announce that Rebekah Aleyn has been chosen to be the next
Asterisk Herald. She and Vigdis will be working together over the next few
months to transition the office.
